        นโยบายข้อที่ ๑. ดำเนินการให้ข้าราชการฝ่ายตุลาการศาลยุติธรรมปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย เพื่อให้การอำนวยความยุติธรรมเป็นไปโดยรวดเร็ว เป็นธรรม และปราศจากอคติทั้งปวง

        นโยบายข้อที่ ๒. พัฒนาศักยภาพข้าราชการฝ่ายตุลาการศาลยุติธรรม โดยส่งเสริมให้มีการศึกษาการฝึกอบรมทั้งในและต่างประเทศและให้ยึดมั่นประมวลจริยธรรมในการดำรงตน

        นโยบายข้อที่ ๓. เพิ่มการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการคดีและเพื่อให้การเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมรวดเร็วขึ้น ง่ายขึ้น และเสียค่าใช้จ่ายน้อยลง

        นโยบายข้อที่ ๔. ดำเนินการส่งเสริมเพื่อให้ข้าราชการฝ่ายตุลาการศาลยุติธรรม ได้รับเงินเดือนและค่าตอบแทนอื่นที่เหมาะสมแก่การดำรงตนตามสภาวะเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมที่เป็นปัจจุบัน

The President of the Supreme Court

        1. Supervising the judicial officers and court personnel to perform their duties as provided by laws to deliver justice in a timely and fair manner and without prejudice

        2. Promoting capacity building of the judicial officers and court personnel by providing education and training in Thailand and abroad including encouraging them to uphold the Codes of Conduct

        3. Increasing the use of technology in case management and in making access to justice faster, easier and cheaper

        4. Promoting the judicial officers and court personnel to earn salaries and other remunerations reflecting up-to-date economic and social conditions
